At Tajzar, you get a 15-day window after receiving your order. Within these 15 days, you can request a return or exchange.
🔁 Return / Exchange Conditions
Your request will be accepted only if:
- Item is unused and unwashed
- All original tags, labels, and packaging (poly bag, etc.) are intact
- Product is in original condition (no damage or wear)
👉 Note: Shipping / delivery charges are non-refundable
🔄 Size Change / Exchange Process
If the size doesn’t fit:
- Send the product back with original packing & tags
- Ship it to the address provided after your request is approved
- Once we receive and check the item:
- If your requested size/variant is available, we will send a replacement
⏱ Processing Time: 4–6 working days
🔙 Return & Refund Policy
If you want to return instead of exchange:
- Same conditions apply (unused, tags, original packing)
- Refund is only applicable if:
- You received a damaged product
- Wrong item was delivered
- There is a manufacturing fault
❌ No refund for:
- Size issues
- Change of mind
- Slight color difference
